  • The Scarlet Enclave Healer Tier set 2-piece now also reduces the cooldown on Power Word: Barrier by 30 seconds.
  • The Scarlet Enclave Healer Tier set 4-piece now also increases the healing done by Serendipity empowered spells by 10% per stack of Serendipity spent.
  • The Scarlet Enclave Healer Tier set 6-piece no longer works with Power Infusion.
  • The Scarlet Enclave Healer Tier set 6-piece now also increases the healing of Penance and Circle of Healing by 25%.
