Volibear

BUFFED

This year we've been carefully buffing up AD Volibear, but he remains on the weak side even with his very unique AP build. We're tuning him up to help him out across both the fringe AD build and his core AP build.

  • > Passive - The Relentless Storm · Attack Speed per Stack: 5% (+3% per 100 AP) ⇒ 5% (+4% per 100 AP)
  • > Passive - The Relentless Storm · Lightning On-Hit Damage: 11 - 60 (Levels 1-18) (+45% AP) ⇒ 11 - 60 (Levels 1-18) (+45% AP) (+20% bonus AD)
